Bogove falls

Albania

Bogove falls is found in the lower quarters of the village with the same name, near the road for Skrapar. The excursion route follows the soft flow of the river, and it takes about 45 minutes to go down to the waterfall and it is natural spring. Notable for its cold and clear mountain water, Bogove Falls is a great potable water source. Concealed in the cool shade of the forest canopy at the foot of the Tomorr Mountain, the waterfall attracts people to quench their thirst during the hot summer. The Bogova Waterfall, rising 20 meters above its pool of aquamarine waters, that is 12 meters in depth, is an exquisite still-untouched spot to get in touch with nature. Being surrounded by rich hues of green, this waterfall’s appeal rests precisely in its isolation from the rest of the world.
