Palazzo Castriota-Scanderberg is an ancient and elegant noble residence of the XVII century with a large garden full of orchards and ornamental plants.

The garden was designed as a separate space from the palace and covers an area of about 5,000 sqm. It is designed on a chessboard through avenues orthogonal to each other that divide the space symmetrically. A pergola emphasizes the inner perimeter, while the outer fence retains defensive functions.

Tree species and architectural structures create continuous play of light, shadows and rarefied visibility. The garden also contains ancient varieties of fruit trees and ornamental plants, enabling visitors to immerse themselves in the calm and relaxing atmosphere of a beautiful garden of yesteryear.
