It was made in honor of the soldiers of the Ljesanska nahija who died in the Balkan and world wars and represents a harmonious combination of architecture and sculpture. The project was completed and opened to the public in 1980. Svetlana Kana Radevic, famous Montenegrin architect, is its author.
