It is located on a hill, east of the town of Spuz, along the edge of the valley of the river Zeta. In a literature it is assumed that the settlement was founded at the time of the migration of the people, ie. the arrival of the Slavs in this part of the Balkans. It's a historical monument of a first-class significance.
