From a naturalistic point of view the environment is very interesting because it has been preserved from a widespread degradation not having been affected by human activities such as quarries, viaducts, asphalted roads, industrial and productive settlements. In particular, on San Valentino hill, a well-equipped naturalistic area has been recovered with a panoramic and naturalistic path, rest areas, gymnastic equipment, observation points and signs.

Colle San Valentino is located inside the Oasi dei Cento Diavoli, inside
this area there are also Ripa Vecchia, Ciociare, Colle Serracina and Colle Mariano.
