The dimora Del Prete of Belmonte rises in the historical center of the city of Venafro on the small square of Christ, next to the church of the same name.
The palace, in the form that appears to us today, although it was built in 1860, on the eve of the Unification of Italy, sees its main front aligned with one of the cardi of the Roman city, so that its facade repeats the limit of an insula of the ancient Venafrum.
The main facade is developed on three floors. Between four square windows opens the portal that, inserted between two pilasters, has a round arch with key cone to scrolls.
On the upper floor, in correspondence of the underlying openings, there are five balconies with an upper frame in the form of a triangular tympanum and projections supported by stone brackets, except for the central one which is supported by brackets resting on the pilasters of the portal.
The neoclassical character of the building is repeated also on the secondary facade on the small square of Christ.
