"The International Museum of the Reed-pipe" named after its creator Pasquale Vecchione, is unique in the world for its peculiarity and characteristic for the extraordinary architectural recovery of the structure, cured in every aspect in the splendid scenery of Palazzo Mancini. In the Museum, located on three floors, it is possible to admire, thematically catalogued, numerous and valuable Bagpipes coming from every part of the world and produced in various ages, wind instruments of rare beauty, a vast iconographic and literary documentation, besides period photos and an ancient workshop dedicated to the historical Scapoli's Bagpipes makers, who have transmitted to the new generations their incomparable Art.
