A bridge was built with their funds during the second half of the 18th century on Cemin e Vuklit, 75 m and took the name of Tamara. Later on even the village took the same name. About the weather: winters are relatively cold and summers hot. It rarely snows in this village, although the settlement is deep in the mountains. The warm air masses coming from Shiroku do not allow the climate to worsen as in other parts of Kelmendi. The river gives beauty to the village. Wonderful trout can be hunted in Cem.
