Razëm The former pastures of Vrith village at Razëm, 40km from Shkodra, are surrounded by old beech and pine forests plus a dozen caves at 1100 metres above sea level. Originally used for Shkodra citizens' summer homes until a workers' holiday camp was started in the 1950s, Razëm has developed into a modest highland resort since the 1990s.
