Masseria Russoli is one of the one hundred masserias in Crispiano, in the province of Taranto.
It is an educational masseria, home to the Centre for the Conservation of the Genetic Heritage of the Donkey Breed of Martina Franca, managed directly by the Puglia Region, which has created an ecological park for the conservation of the last specimens of the donkey breed at serious risk of extinction.
