Drilon Spring is near the village of Tushemish, at the foot of the Tushemisht-Guras Hills. The road to follow to get to the spring is Pogradec-Drilon. It is a big karstic spring, with a vertical artery in a limestone rock. The spring water then flows into Lake Ohrid. The spring is located amidst dense hydrophilic vegetation which is home to a rich fauna.
