From the center of Shkodra, Boga is 47 kilometers and takes 58 minutes. For mountain enthusiasts, Boga is a starting point for the adventure between the Albanian Alps, which hide magical paths in their bosom, which remain to be discovered by tourists.

 

In the lands of Boga, archaeological evidence of early Illyrian settlements has been found, according to data from the Roman era and dating from the end of the 2nd century - the 3rd century after the birth of Christ.

 

Boga Valley is of glacial origin. This valley has the shape of a circle where the mountains that surround it form columns with a height of over 2000 meters. From the mountains that surround it, when you go to Bogë, from the right lies the peak of Raba, which is located 2,222 meters above sea level, continues further with the mountain of Çardak.

 

2,250 meters above sea level and with the top of the Trail 2,083 meters above sea level, where it connects with Mount Radohina and Mount Arap that separate it from the valley of Theth, while on the left side, Mount Pultinze lies, then the mountain of Dragomir, the mountain of Bridasha and then the peak of Vuklin where it connects to Radohina.

 

Boga, due to the karst, has many caves and underground galleries which meet the requirements of various explorers, thus adding to the touristic values ​​of this area.
