Lago degli innamorati di Montefalcone del Sannio

The Great Lake, also known as 'Lover’s Lake', is a small natural lake located in Macchia del Lago. Situated at 590 metres above sea level, it measures over 250 m in diameter and is rich in eels and tench. It is not only a natural resource of great value but also an ideal place of recreation for fishermen and for those who want to organise picnics and festivals in the large equipped area.
