The PAG (Antonio Giordano Award) is an urban art project that was created with the aim of promoting and disseminating the visual arts in all its forms (painting, sculpture, photography, architecture) with particular attention to contemporary languages, continuing the work of knowledge and experimentation of the Molise artist Antonio Giordano, multifaceted exponent of the Transavanguardia (sculptor, painter and photographer) who died in 2013. To do this, since the beginning, the PAG has sought a strong dialogue with the territory, engaging in training projects, able to involve from year to year an increasingly large and diverse audience.

To do this, since the beginning, the PAG has sought a strong dialogue with the territory, engaging in training projects, able to involve from year to year an increasingly large and diverse audience. Guests of the prison, asylum seekers, children, students, each of them had the opportunity to express their creativity, engage in cooperative work, learn techniques of representation and visual communication and share a common goal. Positive balance sheet and success of public for the six previous editions that boast more than thirty works made by different artists including Millo, Zed1, MrThoms, Alberonero, Francisco Bosoletti, Camilla Falsini, Giulio Vesprini, Guerrilla Spam, 108, Nemo's, Nelio, Robocoop, Basik, Soda, Alexey Luka, Nicola Alessandrini, Andrea Casciu. More than thirty works, different in language and technique, with a strong expressive charge, able to involve the viewer and change for the better the perception of urban space. In these six years the town of Santa Croce di Magliano has been transformed into a real artist's residence. Not self-referential interventions but designed and developed in the urban context and in contact with people. An event, therefore, able to involve a non-sector audience that had the opportunity to relate with the artists and not only follow closely the realization of the works but also realize them; a project that the PAG spread over five months, not the appointment of a weekend or a week, but an action constantly present in the territory, attentive to its needs.
